ACCOUNT TERMS

You must be a human. Accounts registered by any automated method are not permitted.

You must be 13 years or older to use this Service.

You must provide a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.

Maintaining the security of your account and password is your responsibility, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

You are fully responsible for any activities that occur on your account even if unauthorized. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Your account may only be used by one person – you are not allowed to share a single account between multiple people.

You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

SERVICE

The service offers subscriptions for sale. These subscriptions are paid for in recurring instalments.

An active subscription will automatically become inactive if an account fails to meet the recurring payments for it.

An active paid subscription gives access to helpful resources around the topic of unused css and website performance.The subscription account only provides information. It is up to you to act on the information provided to get the website performance benefits described on the Service.

An active paid subscription includes support, related to the topic of unused css. This support is provided on the site in terms of help content, and via email, in English. This support is limited in terms of specific technical advice on how to practically implement unused css for your particular website(s).

We are not affiliated with any website performance diagnostic websites such as Google Pagespeed Insights or GTMetrix. We do not guarantee that usage of the Service will improve your website rating on websites like these.

We do not guarantee that the Service, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted, nor that it will be free from errors or omissions.

FAIR USE POLICY FOR CDN USAGE

This Fair Use Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the use of Content Delivery Network (CDN) services provided with the RapidLoad plugin. This policy is part of our Privacy Policy and is designed to ensure fair and optimal use of our CDN resources.

1.  Bandwidth Allocation:
   • Personal Annual or Monthly Subscription: Users are allocated 30 GB of CDN bandwidth per month for one domain.
   • Professional Annual or Monthly Subscription: 150 GB per month for up to 5 domains, Each domain is allocated 30 GB of CDN bandwidth per month.
   • Agency Annual or Monthly Subscription: 750 GB per month for up to 25 domains, Each domain is allocated 30 GB of CDN bandwidth per month.
2. Monitoring and Compliance:
   
   • We continuously monitor CDN bandwidth usage to ensure compliance with this Fair Use Policy.
   • Users exceeding their allocated bandwidth may be required to upgrade their subscription plan or reduce their bandwidth usage to continue using our CDN services without interruptions.
3. Excessive Usage:
   
   • If your usage significantly exceeds the allocated bandwidth and affects the performance or availability of the CDN for other users, we may take actions such as temporarily blocking your CDN access or requesting that you upgrade your subscription.
4.  Prohibited Activities:
   • Engaging in activities that disproportionately consume bandwidth and disrupt the CDN performance for other users is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to, hosting large files unrelated to website performance, file-sharing services, and other excessive bandwidth-consuming activities.
5. Adjustments to Fair Use Policy:
   • RapidLoad reserves the right to adjust the terms of this Fair Use Policy as necessary to ensure fair usage and optimal performance for all users.
   • Any changes to this policy will be communicated in advance through updates to our Privacy Policy.

Fair Use Policy for Images Optimization Service

Acceptable Use

1. Personal and Commercial Use: The Service can be used for both personal and commercial purposes as long as the usage complies with this policy.
2. Permitted Activities:

• • Hosting and delivering images for websites, blogs, and online stores.
  • Using images for educational, non-profit, or research purposes.
  • Accessing the Service through authorized APIs and tools provided by RapidLoad.

Prohibited Activities

1. Resource Abuse:
   • Exceeding the maximum image optimization limit of 5GB per domain.
   • Excessive use of bandwidth that may impair the availability or performance of the Service for other users.
   • Uploading or delivering images that are significantly larger than necessary for the intended use.
   • Using the Service for high-volume automated processes without prior authorization.
2. Content Restrictions:
   
   • Uploading, storing, or distributing any content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
   • Hosting images that contain offensive, abusive, defamatory, or illegal content.
   • Distributing images that contain malware, viruses, or any other harmful code.
3. Security Violations:
   
   • Attempting to bypass security measures of the Service.
   • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein.
   • Gaining unauthorized access to any part of the Service or related systems or networks.

Monitoring and Enforcement

1. Monitoring:
   
   • RapidLoad reserves the right to monitor the use of the Service to ensure compliance with this policy.
   • Automated tools and techniques may be used to identify violations and ensure fair use.
2. Enforcement Actions:
   
   • In the event of a violation of this policy, RapidLoad may take one or more of the following actions:
     • Issuing a warning to the user.
     • Temporarily or permanently suspending the user’s access to the Service.
     • Removing or disabling access to content that violates this policy.
     • Reporting the violation to appropriate legal authorities if necessary.

• Users are encouraged to report any violations of this policy to RapidLoad by contacting the support team.

Amendments

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Fair Use Policy.

PAYMENTS, REFUND, UPGRADING AND DOWNGRADING

For monthly payment plans, the Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis. For annual payment plans, the Service is billed in advance on an annual basis.

For any upgrade or downgrade in subscription while on a billing cycle, the active payment method on your account will automatically be charged at the new rate on your next billing cycle. Downgraded accounts will receive a credit balance that is applied to future subscription payments.

Full refunds are issued only for subscriptions that are cancelled within 7 days after being created. No other refunds are given. No refunds for trialing subscriptions. No refunds or credits for partial months of service, or for months unused with an open account.

When an inactive subscription is resumed, we immediately charge you the subscription fee.

CANCELLATIONS

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. An email or contact message request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation. You can cancel your account at any time by clicking on the Account link in the global navigation bar at the top of the screen. The Account screen contains a ‘Cancel subscription’ button.

If you cancel your subscription on the Service before the end of your current paid billing period, your cancellation will take effect immediately, and you will not be charged again.

The content of your account, i.e. your unused css files, will still be available for you to access after cancellation.

REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS

RapidLoad a product of 321Blastoff LLC (“RapidLoad” or “We”) offers brand supporters (“Referrer” or “You”) the opportunity to take part in its referral program.

We reserve the right to amend or end the Program at any time, for any reason. The Program is administered by RapidLoad.

Referrers are bound by these Terms and Conditions by participating in the Program. By participating in the Program, Referrers agree to use the Program in the manner specified in these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as a Referrer or to take part in the Program in any other manner. Referrers may not take part in the Program where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulations.

We reserve the right to change or amend at any time these Terms and Conditions and/or the methods through which rewards are earned. We reserve the right to disqualify any Referrers from participation in the program at any time at our sole discretion, including without limitation if he/she does not follow any of these terms and conditions or otherwise fails to follow any applicable laws.

• How to refer friends

• Must be a RapidLoad user or must register as a referrer,
• Get your sharing link.
• Share the link with your friends.

After a friend registers with RapidLoad using the Referral link provided by referrer (“You”) it will take upto 7 days to claim the promotion you are selected for.

CHANGES TO SERVICE AND PRICES

We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

Any of the website content on the Service may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it.

Prices of all Services, including but not limited to monthly subscription plan fees to the Service, are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to this website (rapidload.io).

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. The English courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms of use.

You must not post, upload or transmit to or from the Service any material: (a) for which you have not obtained all necessary licenses and/or approvals; or (b) which constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise be contrary to the law of or infringe the rights of any third party, in any country in the world; or (c) which is technically harmful (including, without limitation, computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data or other malicious software or harmful data). You must not misuse the Service (including, without limitation, by hacking).

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission by us.

We have no liability to you for any loss of profit, sales, revenue or business; business interruption; loss of business opportunity; goodwill or reputation; or any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

You understand that we use third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service.

We will cooperate fully with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or locate anyone posting any material in breach of these terms of use.
